☆ Commissions are for personal use only. If artwork is posted online, please include credit @Anapoix.

☆ I own all rights to the artwork I create. The art piece requested may be used for social media unless the client states otherwise.

☆ Please get in touch with me for commercial work; additional fees apply for commercial rights.

☆ I have every right to decline a commission if I feel the artwork falls under subjects I will not draw.

☆ Rush orders, 2-week deadline, will have additional fees dependent on request.

☆Please be patient with your commission. You are welcome to ask for updates if it's been a while since the last update! Typically, I send updates at the following stages: Guide, Sketch, Lined, Color, Render, and Final.

REFUNDS:
☆If a commission needs to be canceled by the client, refunds will be based on the progression of work:
1. Communication Stage: 100% refund
2. Sketch Stage: 50% refund
3. Lineart, Coloring, Rendering: 0% refund.

☆If a commission needs to be canceled by me, the client will receive a 100% refund, EXCEPT if the commission is canceled due to aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process. This will result in a 0% refund. Be kind and formal, no exceptions.

REVISIONS:
I will have updates for each step of the process:

1. Guides: Finding the art direction and understanding your visual preferences. Please request any edits you would like.
2. Sketch: Clean up of the baseline structures. Please request any minor edits you would like.
3. Lineart: Cleaned up, final foundation of the piece. Only limited minor edits will be allowed.
4. Color: Coloring the piece. Only edits that will be allowed are color picking. No edits on the foundation.
5. Render: Adding that extra ☆shine☆ to the piece. No edits are allowed.
6. Final: Added text or UI. Edits for UI are permitted, not artwork. If the client adds extra UI at this stage, additional fees may apply.
